Yayasan Khazanah is a foundation established by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah Nasional) - the investment-holding arm of the Government of Malaysia. In line with Khazanah's commitment to selecting and grooming exceptional Malaysian citizens to take on high-level positions at home, Yayasan Khazanah is equally committed to developing leaders from fellow Asian countries. Yayasan Khazanah, in collaboration with Khazanah Nasional's partner and investee companies, is offering the Khazanah Asia Scholarship to deserving candidates from Bangladesh to pursue their postgraduate education at selected leading universities in Malaysia.
Yayasan Khazanah, in collaboration with Yunus Centre is offering the Khazanah Asia Scholarship to deserving candidates from Bangladesh to pursue their postgraduate education at selected leading universities in Malaysia. All students attending any public or private universities in Bangladesh can apply for a Masters or PHD programme in Malaysia.
Criteria for Post Graduate Master Degree Studies
1. Obtained a minimum of Second Class (Upper) Degree (Hons) for Bachelor's Degree or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of minimum 3.50 CGPA for Bachelor's Degree.
2. TOEFL minimum score of 550 (paper-based), 76 (iBT) or 213 (computer based) or IELTS Band/points 5.5-6.0
3. Not exceeding 40 years of age as at the enrolment date for the Master programme
4. Applicants will need to show evidence of leadership skills, through active participation in extra-curricular, social or voluntary activities.
5. Good command of English Language; and
6. Medically fit.
Criteria for PHD Programme
1. Obtained a distinction or 'A' grade average or equivalent (if there is a point systems) or CGPA of 3.50 and above at Master Degree.
2. TOEFL minimum score of 550 (paper-based), 76 (iBT) or 213 (computer based) or IELTS Band/points 5.5-6.0;
3. Not exceeding 40 years of age as at the enrolment date for the PhD programme
4. Applicants will need to show evidence of leadership skills, through active participation in extra-curricular, social or voluntary activities.
5. Good command of English Language; and
6. Medically fit.

B. Engineering (Eg. Including and not limited to Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc)
C. Life Sciences (Eg. Including and not limited to Biotechnology, etc)

The Yunus Centre in Dhaka, Bangladesh is accepting applications and conducting the assessment process on behalf of YayasanKhazanah to nominate students for the Khazanah Asia Scholarship Programme.

Required documents:
Academic transcripts& certificates, national ID card, birth certificate and recent passport sized photos (4 copies). After selection IELTS score will be required. A signed personal statement as required in the application form.
Special Note for PHD candidates: Please also include your academic transcript for the Masters Degree.
