Mick Gooda Calls On Professor Yunus
Mr. Mick Gooda, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner, met with Professor Yunus at Grameen Bank Bhaban, Dhaka yesterday (March 31, 2010). The meeting was focused primarily on promoting exchange of information and ideas for sustainable development within indigenous communities in both Australia and Bangladesh. Mr. Gooda is one of the foremost indigenous leaders in Australia with much experience in indigenous and rural development issues.
