Yayasan Khazanah is a foundation established by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah Nasional) - the investment-holding arm of the Government of Malaysia. In line with Khazanah's commitment to selecting and grooming exceptional Malaysian citizens to take on high-level positions at home, Yayasan Khazanah is equally committed to developing leaders from fellow Asian countries. Yayasan Khazanah, in collaboration with Khazanah Nasional's partner and investee companies, is offering the Khazanah Asia Scholarship to deserving candidates from Bangladesh to pursue their postgraduate education at selected leading universities in Malaysia.

At Yayasan Khazanah, we firmly believe that good education inspires people to shape and build a better future. With the aim of contributing towards the social development of the countries where we operate in, we seek to develop potential leaders capable of making valuable contributions to their nation.

In this vein, Yayasan Khazanah, in collaboration with Yunus Centre and Khazanah Nasional's other partner and investee companies, is offering the Khazanah Asia Scholarship to deserving candidates from Bangladesh to pursue their postgraduate education at selected leading universities in Malaysia. All students attending any public or private universities in Bangladesh can apply for a Masters program in Malaysia. The scholarship for undergraduate program at selected leading universities in Malaysia is only open to the children of Grameen Bank borrowers.

Criteria for Post Graduate Master Degree Studies
1. Obtained a minimum Second Class Upper degree or a CGPA of 3.50/4.00 for the Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
2. TOEFL minimum score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer based) or IELTS Band/points 5.5-6.0;
3. Not exceeding 35 years of age as at the enrolment date for the Master programme
4. Applicants will need to show evidence of leadership skills, through active participation in extra-curricular, social or voluntary activities.
5. Good command of English Language; and
6. Medically fit.

Criteria for Undergraduate Studies
1. Children of Grameen Bank borrowers not exceeding 18 years of age in year of application;
2. Obtained a minimum of 9 A's or a GPA of 5.00 in the Secondary School Certificate Examinations (SSC);
3. Obtained a minimum of 6 A's or a GPA of 5.00 in the Higher Secondary Certificate Examinations (HSC);
4. Good command of English Language;
5. Strong leadership skills and active participation in extra-curricular, social or voluntary activities; and
6. Medically fit.

The Yunus Centre in Dhaka, Bangladesh is accepting applications and conducting the assessment process on behalf of Yayasan Khazanah to nominate students for the Khazanah Asia Scholarship Programme.

Academic transcripts & certificates, national ID card, birth certificate and recent passport sized photos (4 copies). After selection IELTS score will be required.
