A very good afternoon to everyone: Dean Robertson, distinguished colleagues, alumni, friends & families and last but not the least, the students of Wharton’s graduating class of 2009!

It is indeed an honor and a privilege for me to speak at the commencement ceremony of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. It is always a great excitement for me to be among students, and you are some of the brightest of them in the world on the cusp of making decisions about the direction you will take in your life.  It is you, who represents the future of the world.
